Silicon 70° insert taper processing
Inserted SUS plate with silicone at 70°, and performed adhesive processing. This is a product with a lot of processes, including stainless steel plate insertion and laminated adhesive with a taper.
Hardness 70 is grayish-white, but there is no difference in hygiene compared to the milky white ones. It is processed in several layers, embedding insert fittings in between. In cases where the strength is insufficient with rubber alone, there are issues that can be resolved with ingenuity.
